As Housekeeping Supervisor at KunKin Garden, you will coordinate daily housekeeping operations and support the team in maintaining consistent standards across guest rooms and shared spaces.
You will work closely with Front Office and Maintenance to keep room information accurate, address guest requests and ensure each room is prepared with care. We are looking for a practical team leader who communicates clearly, notices the details and helps colleagues do their best work.
What you’ll do
- Organise daily room assignments and coordinate housekeeping priorities.
- Inspect guest rooms and shared spaces for cleanliness, presentation and readiness.
- Guide team members on cleaning procedures, room preparation and service standards.
- Coordinate room status and guest requests with the Front Office team.
- Report maintenance issues and follow up on outstanding repairs.
- Monitor linen, amenities and cleaning supplies, and report replenishment needs.
- Handle lost property according to company procedures.
- Support team briefings, training and clear handovers between shifts.
- Follow approved safety procedures for cleaning equipment and chemicals.
What you’ll bring
- Previous housekeeping experience in a hotel, serviced apartment or similar environment.
- Experience supervising a team or supporting daily housekeeping coordination.
- Strong attention to cleanliness, presentation and detail.
- Clear communication, organisation and practical problem-solving skills.
- The ability to guide colleagues respectfully and provide constructive feedback.
- A responsible approach to guest privacy, lost property and company equipment.
- Availability to work scheduled shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Basic English communication is an advantage.
