Every journey is different. Some people come to Vietnam to discover a new city, some come for work and stay longer, and others simply want somewhere comfortable to slow down and recharge.
KunKin was born in Ho Chi Minh City, a city full of energy, contrasts and endless possibilities. We wanted to create more than somewhere to sleep: places where you feel welcome and can experience the city in your own way.

Today, KunKin brings together multiple properties across Ho Chi Minh City, each with its own personality: the greenery and distinctive architecture of KunKin Garden, the contemporary comfort of KunKin Retreat, the more intimate KunKin Amour, and apartment-style residences for guests who want to stay a little longer.
Some guests stay a few nights, others weeks or months. We don’t believe everyone should stay the same way, or that every KunKin should feel the same.
At KunKin Garden, our rooftop restaurant and bar shows another side of the city. It’s a place to share a meal, meet friends and enjoy a drink while watching the city come alive at sunset.
Start with breakfast, take a swim, stay active, spend the afternoon exploring, then come back to enjoy good food and drinks with the city below.
Hue is quieter and more reflective, shaped by its gardens, ancient architecture, temples and imperial history. When we opened KunKin Boutique Garden Hue, we didn’t try to recreate Ho Chi Minh City. We let Hue inspire us. A peaceful garden and pool make a calm place to return to, while the city’s cultural landmarks are just moments away.
It’s a different KunKin, and that’s exactly the point.
For guests who are working, relocating or travelling slowly, our apartment properties offer more space, more flexibility and the comforts of everyday living, so you can build your own routine instead of following a hotel’s timetable.
