If you are looking for a cozy hotel in the heart of Ho Chi Minh City, this is the hotel for you. Not far from the city center, especially if you want to enjoy a Grab car, it is even faster! The room is really nice and always clean. A big thank you to all the staff!

This is one of my favourite to stay in Vietnam! Super clean, friendly and helpful staffs, nice swimming pool. There’s a convience store next to it where they have everything you need including food, drinks and & snacks. Beside that, there’s plenty of food stall and shop around the area. Highly recommend!

A beautiful hotel nestled among tradional Vietnamese street life. The service was exceptional - special thank you to Trang Nguyen for her sweet hospitality. Daily delicious breakfast was included in the price and it was great to start each day with a good meal.

We stayed 4 nights at the KunKin Garden, originally we were supposed to stay 2 nights but we added 2 more easily. It was a great experience! The hotel is great, especially the breakfast on the rooftop. The pool was nice and the staff very friendly and helpful. We recommend Grab to move around, as it isn’t expensive and quite fast. Overall great experience, we recommend!

Room is good and clean. Housekeepers clean the room and does laundry twice a week (for monthly rental). Everyone here are so kind and friendly so far. I really like ppl who works here. The location nearby local market and lots of restaurants here. Prices are reasonable and pretty cheap. And of course the taste is much better than franchise restaurants. My husband loves local drink such as milk tea and coffee, which located 5min walks from here.
