Modern, well-maintained accommodation

Had a really nice stay at Kunkin Retreat Apartment. The place is new, clean and quiet, which I really liked. Location is convenient too, and it's easy to get a Grab whenever you need one. All the staff were really friendly and helpful, including the security guards, so I felt safe throughout my stay. Special thanks to Ms Tho at the reception. She's really friendly and patient, and whenever I had any questions, she was always happy to help. Housekeeping was good too, and the place was always kept clean. Overall, really enjoyed my stay here and would definitely come back again!

Excellent for a short stay in Saigon lived nearby this new hotel a couple of years ago and would come back if I come back to Saigon.

Everything was great, We were very satisfied and would definitely come again. I would like to point out two things: 1. There are blue lights in the room that can't be turned off (mirror for example). This might be problem for travelers that are light sensitive. 2. The conserve/security gentleman that is always next to the entrance is awesome and extremely helpful!

The location is also convenient enough for getting around Ho Chi Minh City. Overall, we had a comfortable and pleasant stay, and we truly appreciate the hospitality we received. Highly recommended! Khách sạn mới mở nên khá ít khách, mình đặt phòng sát ngày và ngay trong dịp lễ, với giá khoảng 800 một đêm tạm chấp nhận được Điểm cộng : Vị trí nằm trong phú mộng khu Kim long, cách bờ sông Hương chỉ tầm 150m đi bộ, siêu siêu yên tĩnh, di chuyển tới các điểm tham quan đều rất tiện lợi (lăng tẩm, food tour trong phố, đi biển/phá tam Giang..) phòng ốc mọi thứ tiện nghi đều còn mới, có hồ bơi bên dưới. Thiết kế phong cách Indochina, trang trí rất cầu kỳ ở sảnh tiếp đón, một vibe rất cung đình Huế. Sàn được lát gạch hoa văn nhìn đẹp và hợp vibe. Tiện ích phòng khá đầy đủ, có smartTV, minibar, máy sây,...vv. thiết kế bồn rửa ở cạnh cửa ra vào, tách biệt khỏi wc mình cũng khá ưng. Nhân viên lễ tân, dọn phòng, các.chú bảo vệ thân thiện. Ks có cho thuê xe máy 140k/ngày, có option nửa ngày, xe không quá mới nhưng lại có gắn điện thoại hỗ trợ rất hữu ích trong chuyến đi của mình. Một số điểm chưa ưng ý: Phòng executive khu vệ sinh hơi chật, khu tắm đứng không thoải mái lắm. Điều hòa nóng lạnh không đều lắm, nếu có thêm một chiếc quạt sẽ rất tuyệt. Wifi hơi lỏ, chập chờn, ks nên thiết kế lại bộ phát. có ban công nhưng lại thông giữa các phòng với nhau, thiết kế hơi kì và không private lắm. Nhìn chung vẫn là highly recommend, chúc ks đông khách.

Một địa điểm luu tru mới tại Bình thạnh , đây đủ dịch vụ , phòng được bố trí tối ưu hoá không gian vừa mang lại cảm giác đầy đủ và hiện đại . Quá gần quận 1 . Giá rẻ hơn , dịch vụ tốt hơn các Ks có giá tương đương . Nhân viên luôn nhiệt tình hỗ trợ , dù khách sạn mới thì có lúc kết nối thông tin vận hành chưa được mượt mà dẫn đến một số lúc phải đợi , nhưng sau đó nhân viên luôn cố gắng hoàn thành và chăm sóc khách nhiệt tính . Một nơi đáng lưu trú , và sẽ quay lại trong dịp tới .

Tôi vừa trải nghiệm 3 ngày 2 đêm ở Kunkin. Phòng ốc mới, view hoàng hôn đẹp nhẹ nhàng, sạch sẽ, đầy đủ tiện nghi, giường êm, đặc biệt cách âm rất tốt, đêm ngủ rất ngon. Lễ tân cực kỳ lễ phép thân thiện, hỗ trợ nhiệt tình, chu đáo. Chú bảo về hoặc cô lao công cũng lịch sự vô cùng. Vị trí dễ tìm, yên tĩnh, tiện ra vào trung tâm, xung quanh nhiều hàng quán ăn uống. Có hồ bơi, phòng gym cho những ai vừa đi công tác, nghĩ dưỡng vừa k muốn bỏ buổi tập luyện. Giá cả hợp lí so với chất lượng. Tôi đánh giá 5 sao cho sự tiện lợi này. Mọi người nên trải nghiệm ở đây!

Khách sạn rất đẹp, mình rất thích pcach kiến trúc của ksan, sạch sẽ, anh quản lý, lễ tân và , và các bác bảo vệ rất dễ mến, đậm chất Huế. Không gian yên tĩnh, chill, có xe đạp miễn phí, nch ưng lắm ạ! Mình sẽ quay lại Kun Kin ở các dịp ghé Huế tiếp theoooo Rất recommend mn ghé đây nha!

A very charming and cozy hotel, we had a good stay. Although it was a bit hard to find on the first day, once we got used to the location, it was very convenient.

Mình có một trải nghiệm khá tốt tại Kunkin Garden Apartment Hotel. Phòng sạch sẽ, không gian thoải mái và khá yên tĩnh, phù hợp cho cả nghỉ ngắn ngày và lưu trú dài ngày. Điểm mình thích là phòng có cảm giác như một căn hộ nhỏ, tiện nghi tương đối đầy đủ, không gian riêng tư và tạo cảm giác dễ chịu. Nhân viên thân thiện, hỗ trợ khá nhiệt tình. Vị trí cũng thuận tiện cho việc di chuyển và tìm các địa điểm ăn uống, mua sắm xung quanh. Nhìn chung, đây là một nơi lưu trú đáng cân nhắc nếu bạn ưu tiên không gian thoải mái, sạch sẽ và riêng tư. Mình khá hài lòng với trải nghiệm lần này. Đặc biệt rất cám ơn bạn Mr Quang đã hỗ trợ và tư vấn tận tình cho mình

It's in No.3 community, very tranquil compared to the downtown center. There is a local food and grocery street nearby, very great. I ate beef PHO only at a cost of 35k, peanut coffee of 30k and specially delicious bah mis of 30k. Love there. The furniture is brand new and the toilet is decent. The bed is soft and comfortable. Only a note is that you would be charged a deposit of 500k and the shower water is not so hot. But there is no worry as the money would be refunded when you check out.

This stay was a great experience. The overall environment was clean and comfortable, and the room was very tidy, making for a very comfortable stay. The hotel's location is also very convenient, with convenient transportation, restaurants, and other amenities nearby, making it easy to get around. The staff were friendly and helpful, patiently assisting with any questions, making me feel valued. The room facilities were also complete, and the overall quality of the accommodation met my expectations. If I have the opportunity to visit this city again, I would definitely stay here again. Lâu rồi mới có dịp nghỉ dưỡng ngay ở trung tâm Tp và thật sự thấy rất đáng tiền. Mình book được phòng có view đẹp, không gian yên tĩnh và sạch sẽ. Nhân viên ai cũng thân thiện, nhiệt tình, lúc nào cần hỗ trợ cũng rất nhanh. Dịch vụ tốt, cảm giác được chăm sóc chu đáo. Chắc chắn sẽ quay lại.

I had a really comfortable stay at this hotel. Everything is very new, exceptionally clean, and beautifully maintained. The whole place feels fresh, stylish, and pleasant to be in But what truly stood out to me was the staff. I would especially like to thank Kay and Ashley for being incredibly attentive, kind, and helpful throughout my stay. They were always responsive and genuinely willing to help, which made such a difference🤍 For me, the real strength of this hotel is not only how new and beautiful it is, but, most importantly, the people who work here. Their warmth and care are what make the experience truly special Thank you for making my stay so comfortable. I would be very happy to come back!

Beautiful pool area. Good rooms, very suitable for our needs. Overall helpful and kind staff, especially at the restaurant and the ladywho helped organise a hair appointment for my wife. Onsite breakfast was good, my child's Aussie tastes were catered to fine by the restaurant. Suitable location for us. Gym was small, but good to have all the same. Met some nice people. Tip: There is a handy convenience store to the right of the entrance.

We stayed in a family room spread across two floors. The space is quite compact, but everything you need is there: very comfortable beds, a large TV with YouTube, a small balcony with bamboo details, a basic kitchen, and a really nice shower cabin. One thing to note: during our stay, the water never got properly hot—it was warm rather than hot, most likely because the hotel uses a rooftop water tank that heats up naturally during the day. Not a major issue for us, but worth knowing if a hot shower is important to you. The breakfast was definitely one of the highlights 🍜🍉 It’s served on a beautiful rooftop terrace, with a great view over the city. The fresh soup and fruit were especially good, and the staff were incredibly attentive throughout our stay. They were always happy to help or give recommendations. The location is a little mixed. It’s very convenient if you’re using taxis, as you can get almost anywhere quickly, and the area is pleasantly quiet at night. But if you prefer to step outside and immediately start exploring on foot, it’s not the most convenient choice. What I loved most was the interior. It has a very authentic, local character that makes the stay feel connected to the city rather than like a standard hotel experience ✨

The room was really great! First night went directly to check out landmark 81. Two points to improve: - the location shown on Trip and the actual location of the hotel are not the same. Even the name is different on Google maps. So when getting a grab, follow the Google one and make sure to go to the right location. - As many hotels do, the room number is written on the room card so if you lose it, anyone knows where you are staying and clean out your room. Feedback already given to the hotel, I hope they will improve. None the less, I've stayed about 10 days in HCMC and this was the best overall. I've had dinner there too but would recommend going outside instead as it was about average. I wish I would have found the place earlier. Can recommend!

Brand-New with Beautiful Rooms This newly opened boutique hotel (just 20 days old during our stay) truly impressed us. The rooms are exceptionally elegant, with every detail carefully considered. High‑quality furniture and tasteful wall art created a wonderful blend of authentic Vietnamese character and modern comfort (just like the photos). The suite room in 3rd floor offers lovely view. The pool was surprisingly spacious for a city hotel and became a big highlight for our children. The Kim Long neighborhood is calm and pleasantly quiet, with lots of friendly people, only a short walk from the Perfume River and everything you might need. We loved exploring Hue on the hotel’s nice bicycles, reaching the historic Imperial Citadel in about ten minutes. The staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely committed to making our stay memorable. Minibar prices were also very reasonable.

Smart little hotel that could easily pass as something more boutique & upmarket. Comfortable, secure & clean rooms, housekeeping diligent and top up the drinking water, tea & coffee each day. Breakfast on the top floor was great, nice selection of hot & cold food, friendly staff, nice balcony views to start the day. Super little fitness suite opens 6.30am-9.30pm
