About this role

As a Housekeeping Attendant at KunKin Garden, you will help care for guest rooms and shared spaces, making sure they are ready for our guests to enjoy. Your daily work will include cleaning, preparing beds, replenishing amenities and reporting anything that needs attention.
You will work closely with your supervisor and colleagues to complete room assignments and respond to guest requests. We are looking for someone who is dependable, enjoys practical work and takes pride in the details.
What you’ll do
- Clean and prepare guest rooms according to housekeeping procedures.
- Make beds, change linen and replace towels as required.
- Clean bathrooms, floors, furniture and other assigned surfaces.
- Replenish room amenities and report missing or damaged items.
- Keep assigned shared spaces clean, tidy and welcoming.
- Report maintenance issues, safety concerns and room discrepancies to the supervisor.
- Handle guest belongings and lost property carefully according to company procedures.
- Maintain cleaning equipment and keep housekeeping storage areas organised.
- Follow approved cleaning, hygiene and chemical-handling procedures.
- Complete assigned tasks and communicate room readiness to the supervisor.
