After receiving the booking order and completing the payment, we will confirm the Customer’s service booking information via email, phone or text message.

Please present the booking confirmation information to our Receptionist to check in at the booked time:

  • Check-in time: after 2 PM
  • Check-out time: before 12 PM

Any other costs incurred when using additional services and products during your stay are listed according to the hotel’s prices and regulations. Please pay when checking out.
Children under 6 years old traveling with their parents do not need to pay extra fees.
The minimum age for guests to check in is 18 years old or older.
In case guests under 18 years old need to have verification information from their guardian to ensure any problems that may arise during their stay.
Some regulations specific to hotels that apply fees when traveling with children and extra bed fees:

  • Children under 12 years old are free (sleeping with parents)
  • Children from 6 years old to <12 years old: surcharge for buffet breakfast 80,000 VND

2/ KunKin Garden Apartment

  • Children under 12 years old are free (sleeping with parents)
  • Children from 6 years old to <12 years old: surcharge for buffet breakfast 80,000 VND

Please arrive and check in at the correct time and location as booked. If you do not know the exact route or location, please contact us for assistance. We are not responsible in case you cannot find the hotel location but do not contact our support department for assistance.
